On April 12, 2025, Art in Bloom — the first fundraising event for
Arts on the Coast (AOC) takes place at Heartwood in Richmond Hill, GA.
Art in Bloom is a ticketed event to help raise funds for more community outreach, scholarships, and hopefully a larger art center in the future.
ATTENTION AOC ARTISTS:
Art in Bloom is a juried event and fundraiser for Arts on the Coast. 20-25 works will be selected for this event and paired with a floral designer who will reinterpret the artwork in floral form. ***This does not mean you need to paint flowers*** The subject matter is wide open.
Artwork has a minimum size of 24x24 inches and a maximum size of 36x48 inches. Works must be framed or on panels that are at least 1.5 inches thick. Must have proper hardware.
Artwork will be available for sale with 50% going to the artist, and the other 50% going to Arts on the Coast. If your artwork is selected for the event, you will receive one complimentary ticket to attend. Floral arrangements will be raffled off during the event.
Deadline for artists to apply is March 1, 2025. All entries must be submitted online at the AOC website with a high-quality image(s) of the work. Artists may only submit 1 work for consideration. You can submit multiple images of the entry to show how it from different angles, framing, etc.

Artists will be notified of acceptance by March 15, 2025. Accepted artists will receive one complimentary ticket to Art in Bloom. Not all artists will have their work paired with a florist, that is entirely contingent upon the number of florists we have signed up to participate.
Works that are juried into the show may NOT be pre-sold prior to the event. All selected works must be available for sale with all sales going through Arts on the Coast. This is a juried competition and our biggest fundraiser of the year. Much work goes into coordinating the pairing of floral designers with artists. If an artist does not comply with these guidelines, they risk acceptance into future exhibitions.
