The Arts on the Coast is very much looking forward to presenting the 2021 edition of its online Virtual Art Show. In 2021, Arts on the Coast is refocussing its efforts to include the usual online art gallery, while also extending the opportunity to artists to sell their pieces online at artsonthecoast.org.

ARTIST REQUIREMENTS
• Artist must be a 2021 Arts on the Coast Member,
• There is no cost to participate, this offering is a membership perk,
• Each artist may submit up to a max of 3 pieces works of art,
• New artwork for the online Virtual Art show, must be received by the following strict deadlines:
- 2021 Changeout No. 1, March 8:
submission deadline is Monday, March 1
- 2021 Changeout No. 2, May 24:
submission deadline is Monday, May 17
- 2021 Changeout No. 3, August 9:
submission deadline is Monday, August 2
- 2021 Changeout No. 4, October 25:
submission deadline is Monday, October 18
• Each piece will be made available for purchase via Arts on the Coast’s website,
• Artists will receive 80% of cost of piece sold, Arts on the Coast retains 20%,
• Artists will be notified promptly if a piece of artwork sells,
• Artists are responsible for shipping and delivery of artwork, and any costs associated with shipping — please keep this in mind when providing a price for each piece.
ART WORK SUBMISSION
• Artists are responsible for supplying appropriate photos of artwork, and an inventory list which includes the title, medium, size and price of each piece. Artists are responsible for shipping and logistics of all pieces sold, so when calculating a price, unless artist is prepared to offer free shipping, artwork prices should include the cost for shipping.
