This entry fee is for the ARTNITE & DAY taking place on December 13th and 14th. This pop-up style event will be located at the Richmond Hill Community House located on Highway 144 in Richmond Hill, GA (near St. Anne’s Church). We are partnering with the City of Richmond Hill on this event, so we expect a great turnout.

REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE:

• Artist shall be a current Arts on the Coast member (Join The Arts on the Coast)

• It will be $45 to participate in this event. 

• All works should be priced $300 and under.

• We encourage all participating artists to be there both days. No one sells your work as well as you do. 

• This is NOT in the gallery, and AOC has limited grid walls to display, so we ask that you bring your own table, chair, and display items. We will have our grid walls available on a first come first serve basis. 

• Set up will begin at 3:30 and must be finished by 5pm. on Friday.

• If you plan to be present, you may bring as much work as you like as long as you also bring a means to display it. 

• If you wish to participate, but cannot be present, you may bring 2 small works for display. YOU MUST DROP OFF AT THE COMMUNITY HOUSE, 10512 Ford Ave, Richmond Hill, GA 31324 between 3:30-5pm on Friday and PICK UP FROM THE COMMUNITY HOUSE between 3-3:30 on Saturday, the 14th. You can arrange for a friend or spouse to pick up or drop off, but all work must be off the premises by 3:30 on Saturday the 14th. Any works left behind will be disposed of as we do not have the capacity to transport or store your work. Again, we highly encourage all artists to be present.

• Like all other ArtNites we encourage participating artists to bring a small bite to share on Friday night.
