Join AOC artist Jack Wilson for an opening reception at the 208 Wine Bar in Savannah, GA.
Jack is a Savannah, Georgia native and a long-time Arts on the Coast member. His self-taught impressionist abstract paintings capture the coastal landscape and culture of the Lowcountry.
Jack’s unique color blending ranges from bold hues to pastel washes and many of his paintings incorporate different textures to create a unique look. Most of his inspiration comes from growing up on the coastal marshes and exploring the barrier islands of Georgia and South Carolina.
He annually exhibits at the Isle of Hope Art and Music Festival, the Slam Art Fest, and Jack is a member of Arts on the Coast. His paintings can be seen at the offices of Merrill Lynch on Skidaway Island and at his home, Marsh Side Gallery in South Harbor, or on Facebook and Instagram. His work hangs in many homes and offices all over the South East.
