Hagood’s work has been innately influenced by the natural world through her experiences growing up in rural South Carolina. Through these experiences she became intimately aware and appreciative of the natural world. When creating her work, her goal is to make clear, accurate, and interesting imagery that is also beautiful. This imagery compels people to not only understand the importance of the information and subject but to enjoy it. She believes that the first step to taking care of our world is to understand it. In this workshop, she’ll share her coastal story and help you look at everyday nature in a whole new way!Cost: $15 OHM Members | $25 Non-members
