Dance is an art form or sport that refers to movement of the body, usually rhythmic and performed to music. Dance can embody or express ideas, emotions or tell a story. It is used as a form of expression, social interaction or in a performance setting or used as non-verbal communication. Dance can vary on social, cultural, aesthetic, artistic and moral constraints. Hip hop, ballet, jazz and the Tango are all examples of different kinds of dance. If your body is moving and grooving, then it’s dance.
