The Arts On The Coast Annual Picnic will take place on September 24 at Fort McAllister State Park.
Everyone is encouraged to print copies for use and placement in various locations. Please help spread the word about our Picnic and hope many of you will be able to attend. Should you have specific questions regarding the Picnic, please contact Claudia Christiansen, Event Chairman, at 727-4898.
Here is additional information about the Family Picnic:
- We have use of the park from 9 am to 9 pm
- Need members to arrive before picnic time to help set up and stay afterward to help clean up
- Need members to help by donating a prize for the table decorating contest
- Visual Artists are asked to bring one piece of artwork to display
- A representative from each of the AOC groups (music, visual artists, dance, drama, culinary, membership and hospitality) are asked to set up a small display for the event. If you are a chairman, please coordinate your group’s display. If you’re interested in participating please contact the committee chairman or Claudia Christiansen
