One of the last events for Arts On The Coast in 2010 is the Fall Exhibit happening on November 11-19 at the Richmond Hill City Center. Everyone is cordially invited to attend as it is open and free to the public, as is parking.

More than 25 artists are making final preparations of a maximum of three pieces each for submission into the annual show. “The show contains as many as 75 works of art or more, all from members of Arts On The Coast. Oil, acrylic and water color paintings will be among the pieces submitted.” said active Visual Arts co-Committee chair Sue Vertullo. “It’s pretty amazing to see the vast range of talent and beauty of the south come through many of the pieces. All right here, from artists that live, work and play in Richmond Hill. Photography is also something that everyone will see quite a bit of as well. So, in terms of types of art, there is something for everyone to enjoy.”

The judged exhibit opens promptly on Thursday, November 11th with an artists reception from 6:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. Everyone is invited to come and view as well as meet the artists. The exhibit will be on display through November 19th from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The 2010 Arts On The Coast Fall Exhibit is sponsored by The Wilderman Group, Leahy Art Gallery, Midway Gallery and Utrecht Art Supply.

The Arts On The Coast will be LIVE at the opening, broadcasting via the reception, so if you are not already a friend of Arts On The Coast on Facebook, you should be! Photos, Art and their creators will be featured!

All artists planning on submitting art are reminded that they should drop off all artwork on Wednesday, November 10 between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00p.m. at the Richmond Hill City Center. Visit this link for more information about submission such as requirements, entry cost and pick-up.
