Selling more than $1 million in tickets with a broader range of artistry than any previous Savannah Music Festival, the 2010 festival set many new milestones. In the alluring backdrop of the historic district and its intimate venues, contrasting musical styles bolstered one another as exceptional artists and enthusiastic audiences came together. INTERESTING FACTS ABOUT SMF 2010: more visitors came to SMF from overseas, accounting for nearly 4% of total attendees; 34% of our audience came from more than 200 miles away; the average age of concertgoers dropped to 32 from 38 in 2009.
